(Scroll down for video) A married teacher who complained that her husband spends too much time at work, admitted that she had an inappropriate relationship with a student, according to police in Texas. Kerrville police said that they have arrested 38-year-old Sara D’Spain, after allegedly allowing her student to squeeze her breasts.
D’Spain has been charged with improper relationship between educator and student, she was booked into the Kerr County Jail, and her bail has been set at $35,000. The arrest warrant was issued by Kerr County Justice of the Peace Mitzi French, If convicted, D’Spain could face up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
According to the police investigation, D’Spain is married and has two children she was an English teacher at the Tivy High School. D’Spain wrote on multiple social media pages that her husband spent too much time at work, D’Spain and the student began messaging each other on Snapchat.
One day, D’Spain met her student at the Culver’s Restaurant in the 1300 block of Junction Highway, D’Spain kissed her student and allowed him to squeeze her breasts. Another student claimed that he got an explicit picture from D’Spain, the school suspended D’Spain indefinitely.
