If you own or manage an existing business outside Canada, the ICT program allows you to expand your company into Canada and relocate as an executive, manager, or specialized worker.
Eligibility
• You must own or be a senior employee in a foreign company
• The company must be at least 1 year old
• Plan to open a branch, subsidiary, or affiliate in Canada
